Part of "The Wisdom of" series, this selection of spiritual writings of the Christian tradition on the Anglo-Saxons is interspersed with colour paintings and decorations to aid meditation. There are 30 headings, providing daily meditations for a month. The series aims to introduce people to the rich spiritual heritage of the Christian faith. This includes people who want to explore and develop the spiritual dimension in their lives, but who may be wary of institutional forms of religion and worship.
