Goro Kanda graduated from Law Course of Junior College Department of Chuo University (1921).
Career
Goro Kanda served at Local Affairs Bureau of Home Ministry and later as chief of Internal Alfairs, School Affairs, General Affairs and Economic Departments of Tokushima, Gumma and Niigata Prefectural Offices respectively. He became senior managing director of Tokyo Prefectural Federation of Iron & Steel Products Manufacturing Industry Associations (1938). Goro Kanda served then as member or director of several other industrial organizations and later founded and became senior managing director of Japan Industrial Ceramic Furnace Association.
