Grigory Arkadyevich studied at different faculties (since 1967), graduated from the Faculty of Architecture (1974) of the Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
In the first half of the 1970s, Grigory Arkadyevich published stories (together with Mark Zinovievich Berkolaiko) in Literaturnaya Gazeta, in the journal "Yunost", and "Crocodile". He was an architect of the Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (1974-1976). He worked as an architect in Smolensk, Svetlogorsk, Kaliningrad, Odessa. Since 1992 he lives in the city of Petah Tikva (Israel).
Grigory Arkadyevich is a member of the little theatre "VISIlei", one of the authors (together with Mark Zinovievich Berkolaiko) and a member of the panel games team of the Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
