Chairman department mental health Taipei City Psychiatric Center, 1980-1983. Superintendent Provincial Taoyuan Hospital, 1989-1992.

Director section community department psychiatry National Taiwan University Hospital, since 1996, director adult psychiatry department, 1996-1998. President Mental Health Foundation, Taiwan, since 2001.
