Harish Chandra Ganguli was born on the 25th of November, 1924 in Meerut, India.

Education

In 1945 he graduated from the Agra University and got a Master of Arts degree (First Class Honors). In 1951 - from Calcutta University - Doctor of Philosophy, in 1956 - Doctor of Letters.

Career

Harish Chandra Ganguli was in charge of Psychology Section at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur & Institute of Sciences in Bangalore. At present he works in the Ministry of Defense as the Principal Scientific Officer (Aviation Psychology) & Deputy Director, Flight Safety Directorate, Air Head Quarters in New Delhi. In 1957-1958 toured U.S.A.
