Achievements include development of gene transfer techniques for mammalian cells in culture including chromosome transfer, genetic and molecular analysis of aging at the cellular level, genetics of virus andcell DNA synthesis, and transformation and immortalization of human fibroblasts by SV40, identification of novel growth supressor SEN6.
