In 1901 to Australia and New Zealand on United States Ship Brooklyn, where Commander-in-Chief, Asiatic Station, represented United States Government when present King of England opened Commonwealth Parliament. In United States Ship Connecticut in Mexican waters during occupation of Vera Cruz in 1914. In Connecticut cooperating with Marines in Haiti, 1915.
Aide de Camp to H.R.H. the Prince of Wales on West Coast of United States, 1920. Attached to Washington Armament Conference, Washington, D. C., 1921-1922. Naval Aide to Secy, of Navy, 1922-1924.
