Heizo Shionoya graduated from Wisconsin State Agricultural College (1912).
Career
Heizo Shionoya became chairman of Sapporo Milk Sales Union (1927), chairman of Sapporo Cow Raising Industry Association (1931), chairman of Hokkaido Dairy Farmers' Association and Hokkaido Dairy Farmers' Cooperative Union (1947) and member of Sapporo Public Safety Commission and chairman of National Dairy Farmers' Association (1948).
He was appointed vice-president of Yukijirushi (Snow Brand) Dairy Products Company (1950). The same year resigned above post and became counselor of same company.
