Helena studied at the Universities of Bern at the faculty of Law in Bern, Switzerland in 1991. In five years he was a student of the Universities of Basel in Basel, Switzerland. He received a degree of the Doctor of Philosophy. Helen knows some languages: German, Italian, French, English, and dialect.
