Henrietta married at the age of 16 to Review Jehu Lewis Shuck on 8 September 1835. She arrived in China in September 1836, where she served as a missionary until her death at the age of 27 in Hong Kong in 1844.
Henrietta Shuck was buried in Hong Kong Cemetery.
