Mr. Price was educated in public schools in Baltimor and at the Johns Hopkins University, later studied architecture in Paris at the Ecole des Beaux Arts, was awarded with a diploma in 1895.
After being awarded a diploma in 1895 the young man returned to Baltimore to enter the office of the late J. E. Sperry for a period of training and experience.
Moving to New York in the early 1900’s, Mr. Price was employed in successive periods with the firms ol Cauldwell & Morgan, Warren & Wetmore and Hunt & Hunt, then in 1911 established his own office. He continued practice until the early 1930's when he moved to Washington, D. C. and spent his remaining years in that city.
One of the most important of Mr. Price's executed commissions was the Court House and Police Station Building at New Rochelle, N. Y., built in 1913. In addition to public buildings he was active in the field of residential work,, designing many homes of distinction in New York and environs.
He had been a member of the New York Chapter, A. I. A. after 1911, also was affiliated with the Society of Beaux Arts Architects.
