Editorial contributor to the Forum. Editor Cassier’s Magazine, 1906-1912. Construction engineering and special technical investigator.

With United States War and Navy Depts., Washington, District of Columbia, 1914-1918, specializing in military aviation and motors. Research work in Europe, headquarters London and Paris, since 1920.
