Formerly Ensign 21st K.R.V., and Captain Reserve of Officers. Assistant Secretary Order of St. Jolm of Jerusalem, 1875-1888. Secretary 1894-1910; SecretaryGeneral from 1910.
Knight of Justice St. John of Jerusalem, 1876. Chief Secretary of St. John Ambulance Association since its formation, 1877. Was Honourable Secretary of the Eastern War Sick and Wounded Relief Fund.
Late Vice-Chairman and now Vice-President of the British College for Physical Education.
