On Staff of Chief of Air Corps, Washington, District of Columbia, 1920-1928. Command and General Staff School. During World War served as Command of Observers School, Post Field, Oklahoma.

Sent overseas on special mission. Promoted to Lieutenant Colonel. Leader, Pan American Flight, 1926-1927.
