In 1909 Hiroshi Nomura graduated from Tokyo University. After serving as instructor of same university he was appointed assistant professor of Tohoku University (Sendai, Japan) in 1911. Studied organic chemistry in Europe and America.
Career
In 1919 Hiroshi Nomura received degree in science and was appointed professor of Tohoku University in 1926 and thence until retirement under age limit in 1948 taught organic chemistry for 23 years. Thereafter became honorary professor of Tohoku University in 1950.
