ROZHIN, Igor was born in 1903.
Graduated Leningrad Academy, of Arts.
Has designed various buildings, both jointly and independently, including: Leningrad “Dinamo” Stadium, and a stadium in Minsk, etc. For many years worked on plan for the “Palace of the Soviets”. Built Moscow Metro station “Park of Rest and Culture”.
Took part in competition for design of new city centers of Stalingrad and Kiev. 1955 helped design “Palace of Culture and Science” in Warsaw and 1955-1956 the Lenin Stadium in Luzhniki, Moscow.
