Igor Viktorovich Shugan, Ukrainian physicist, researcher. Achievements include research in nonlinear surface gravity waves models; research in interactions of surface waves with currents, internal waves and other nonuniformities; research in laser and radar remote sensing of the ocean; research in mathematical modeling of transportation and sedimentation of sand dunes in the beach zones, sea bottom and deserts.
