Ikuji Ishike graduated from the Tokyo Higher Technical College (1917).
Career
Ikuji Ishike entered the Mitsui Mining Company and then moved to the Toyo Koatsu Company (1937). During the above period, he was despatched to Europe and America for three years to study the ceramic industry.
