Inamura Ryuichi graduated from Waseda University.
Career
While in university, joined Kensetsusha (Upbuilding) Alliance, then was engaged in farm movement, and belonged to Ronoto (Workers & Farmers) Party. Having been involved in the second Communist’s Incident, was placed on probation. Then, became President of Zenno (Japan farmers' federation) in Niigata Prefecture and a member of the central executive committee of Shadaito Party. Elected to the Diet three times after the war.
