Career
Indrek Visnapuu played his whole professional career in Korvpalli Meistriliiga, first for his hometown club Tartu Ülikool/Rock and later in Tallinn for British Columbia Hotronic and TTÜ/A. Le Coq. Visnapuu started goaching children in the Tähtvere Sports Club near Tartu and later became a youth coach for TTÜ KK in Tallinn. In 2002 he became an assistant coach in KML team TTÜ/A. Le Coq.
In 2005 he was appointed as the head coach of the newly formed Noortekoondis/Audentes and he also served as the assistant coach Estonia national basketball team in 2005 and 2006.
In 2007 he moved back to his hometown Tartu and became an assistant coach in his former team Tartu Ülikool/Rock. He also coached the Estonia U18 and U20 national teams.
In late December 2008 Visnapuu was named the head coach of Tartu Rock after Üllar Kerde resigned. In January 2012 Visnapuu resigned from the head coach position.
Since September 2012 he has been the head coach of Audentese SG/Noortekoondis.
