Worked at De Sola & Pate (Caracas) specializing in General Practice including Corporate, Administrative, Banking and Finance, Taxation, Real Property, Civil, Labor, Antitrust, International Trade, Andean Pact, Foreign Investment and Licensing, Maritime, Environmental, Intellectual Property, Anti-Counterfeiting and Litigation. Admitted to the bar, 1982, Venezuela. Adjunct Judge of the Tenth Civil and Mercantile Court of Caracas, 1982-1987.
