In Voronezh since 1969. Irina Sapelkina graduated from the philological faculty of Voronezh State University (1978).
Career
Irina Sapelkina was a head of libraries in military units (1972-1978). She was a senior librarian of the branch No. 3 of the Centralized Library System (1978-1983), the trade union library of the S.K. Kirov (1983-1989). Since 1989, head of the library of the garrison House of Officers; at the library there was a musical lounge "Magic lyre" (1997-2000), clubs worked: "Military-historical study of local lore" (since 1993), "Meetings with Pushkin" (since 1996). The library regularly arranged meetings with writers, artists, collectors, and literature lovers.
