Education
In 1976, Isaac attended St Micheal Catholic Primary School, Yemetu Aladorin Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria and later proceeded to Ikolaba Grammar School in 1981 where he completed his West African School Certificate in 1986, He worked briefly at Union Baptist Church Ekotedo ibadan, (1986 - 1987) as Church Secretary/Typist under the leadership of Revd S.O.O. Oyaniyi.
Isaac started his college education at The Polytechnic Ibadan (Shaki Campus) and later completed his Higher National Diploma (Bachelor) in Urban and Regional Planning at the Main Campus of the Polytechnic Ibadan (1988-1994). Observed his NYSC program in Abia State between 1994/1995.
Career
Isaac Oyan is a Baptist Church ordained Deacon and earlier presided over two chapters of Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International (FGBMFI) in Southwest part of Nigeria between 1999 to 2005.
Personality
Isaac is a very composed personality, who knows the language of Project Control/Management. A registered spatial Planner with a difference.
