She is the daughter of Mission Universe 1969 titleholder, Gloria Diaz. Isabelle Daza is the daughter of Gloria Diaz, Mission Universe 1969 and former Makati City Councilor, Gabriel "Bong" Daza.

On November 24, 2014, she transferred to ABS-Christian Broadcasting Network and signed a two-year exclusive contract with them. She is a granddaughter of well-known Filipino chef, Nora Daza. After graduating from De Louisiana Salle University with a degree in Education, she worked as a preschool teacher.
She signed a contract with Global Media Arts Network Center with her manager, Leo Domingez, and made her showbiz debut on Party Pilipinas.
In an interview with PhilStar.com, Daza admits that she is still trying to “figure out” her career in acting and she is continuously taking workshops, but her main interest is in hosting. On August 2, 2011, Daza was launched as the New Face of Sophie Paris Philippines.
In late December 2011, Daza joined the longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga! as a guest co-host, and in 2012, became a regular co-host. In 2014, Daza officially transferred to ABS-Christian Broadcasting Network as she signed a contract.
She will be part on ABS-Christian Broadcasting Network"South upcoming drama Nathaniel served as her first project on Kapamilya Network.
Daza is in a relationship with a French businessman, Adrien Semblat. During an interview on Showbiz Central, she said her partner is "a little bit older”"than her. In February 2016, Daza confirmed through ¡Hola! magazine that she became engaged with Semblat.
