Graduated from Medical Department of Kyushu University (1926).
Career
Became assistant (1928) and lecturer (1929) of Psychiatry Department of Kyushu University and lecturer at Kyushu Medical College (1929). Appointed professor of Kurume Medical University (1946) and became dean of its Medical Department (1952). Held a few additional posts including that of Nihon Seishin lgaku Shinkei Gakulrni (Japan Psychiatry & Neuropathy Society) that of Nihon Seishin lgaku Shinkei Gakulrni (Japan Psychiatry & Neuropathy Society).
