Then arrested; after 1917 February Revol chairman, Moscow Oblast Textile-Workers’ Union. 1919-1921 Presidium member, AllRussian Central Executive Committee. 1920 member, Central Committee, Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks).
1920-1921 sided with "workers’ opposition”. 1924 member, Soviet deleg in negotiations with Britain. Presidium member, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Central Executive Committee of lst-4th convocations.
1929 member, All-Russian Central Executive Committee. Then chairman, Commission for Furthering State Credit and Savings, All-Russian Central Executive Committee. Arrested by State Security organs.
