He was born in 1825 in Tulsk region, Russian Federation.

Education

He graduated from Efremov district school (1838).

Career

Official of the Voronezh state chamber (1840-1853). Accountant (1857-1858), Secretary of the Voronezh city Duma (1858-1862). His works were published in "Voronezhskie gubernskie vedomosti" (since 1847). He published his articles and notes in the "Russkoe slovo" (a special resonance was caused by "Voronezhskie pis’ma", 1860, № 3), "Russkiy dnevnik", "Dzen’", "Moscovskiy vestnik".

In the Voronezh literary collection the drama "Opasnye" converted by Zinoviev from the novel by Leon Gozlan was published (in a separate edition, Voronezh, 1861).
