James Holmes was a member of the New Zealand Legislative Council from 18 April 1902 to 17 April 1909; then 18 April 1909 to 17 April 1910, when he died.
Career
He was appointed by the Liberal Government. He was from Hokitika, and was buried at Hokitika Cemetery.
