West. Riley Allen began his career as an insurance defense trial lawyer with Pitts, Eubanks & Ross, P.A. In 1985, the present firm was founded, Mr.
Allen"s trial practice is devoted exclusively to personal injury litigation, uniquely proportioned at approximately 80% plaintiff"s litigation and 20% insurance defense litigation. The emphasis of the practice is on all facets of personal injury litigation, including medical negligence, product liability and insurance disputes.
Mr. Allen has had the privilege, for example, of representing 600 breast implant recipients in their claims against the manufacturers of breast implants.
Mr. Allen has lectured throughout the state of Florida as a continuing legal education speaker on topics involving medicine, claims handling and settlement and litigation techniques. He has also served as a judge on behalf of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Florida Bar.
