He is a graduate of the Music Education Faculty of the Higher Teacher Education School in Częstochowa and of the Postgraduate Choirmaster Education of the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz, which he finished with distinction.

Moreover he took part in many conductor seminars and scientific symposia throughout Poland. From 1994–1998 he took part in courses, seminars, symposia which were led by famous conductors and representatives of the world chorale groups such as Professor Heinrich Poos from Frankfurt on Main, Doctor Hans Jaskulsky from Conservatoire in Bochum, Doctor Hayashi Hikaru from the University in Tokyo, Uwe Gronostay from the Philharmonic Hall in Berlin, Professor
Tatsuya Muratani from Tokyo.
In 1995 Janusz Siadlak was distinguished with the award of "Best Conductor" within a framework of Choir Band Review in Częstochowa. He was chosen for "the Creator of the Year 2000" by the plebiscite of the Gazeta Wyborcza newspaper and the Chapter of the Życie Częstochowy newspaper chose him for "Manitoba of the Year 2000".
From January 2003 to August 2009 he was a Choir Master in the Song and Dance Ensemble Śląsk.
