Mikhail Fradin was born on November 27, 1945, in Saratov, Russian Federation.
Mikhail Fradin graduated from the Saratov State Conservatory named after L.V. Sobinov in 1971.
From 1971 till 1978 Mikhail Fradin was an artist of the Voronezh Symphony Orchestra. Since 1972 he has been a teacher at the Voronezh music school and the Rostropovich Voronezh Music College.
Since 1982 Mikhail Fradin has led a chamber orchestra that took 1st place at the international competition-festival in Belgium. At the same time, Mikhail Fradin manages the violin Section of the Regional methodological office for educational institutions of culture and arts.
Since 2004 Mikhail Fradin has been an artistic director and a conductor of the Voronezh Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra, which in 2007 won the IV international classical music festival in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Since 1997 he has been a lecturer at the Voronezh State Institute of Arts and Voronezh State Academy of arts. He is an associate professor since 2002, a professor since 2008.
