BDO International career
In 2012, De Graaf began with playing the international circuit. He reached also the quarter-finals of the Zuiderduin Masters. De Graaf managed to qualify for the BDO International World Darts Championship in 2013, where he faced compatriot Dekker in the first round.
Jeffrey also qualified for the World Championship of 2014, where he lost 3-0 to Martin Atkins in the first round.
After winning the first two rounds, he lost in the quarter-finals to James Wilson. At his third Lakeside appearance, De Graaf was eliminated in the first round again.
This time he was beaten by Brian Dawson 3-0. De Graaf missed one matchdart for the title and ultimately lost 10-9.
At his fourth attempt at the Lakeside de Graaf was knocked out again in the first round, losing 3-2 against compatriot Richard Veenstra.
A few days after his first round loss at the World Darts Championship, De Graaf announced his move from the BDO International to the Personal Digital Cellular. Personal Digital Cellular career
De Graaf firstly played the Q-School to get a tour card for the Personal Digital Cellular Pro Tour, which he took on the third day. Then De Graaf qualified for the United Kingdom Open, where he started in the second round. Here he defeated William O"Connor 6-5 on the main stage.
A round later, Jeffrey lost 9-8 against a public qualifier after having big leads.
