Jeffrey Donald Stocker was born on August 19, 1958, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States. He is the son of Donald N. Stocker and Louise M. Stocker.

Education

Stocker graduated from Muhlenberg College with Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980. Three years later he received Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Temple University.

Career

Stocker worked at the Stocker & Worthington Law Offices in Jenkintown from 1983. He has been licensed for 35 years. Stocker is the author of books titled From Huntsville to Appomattox, and Isn't This Glorious: The 15th, 19th, And 20th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry Regiments at Gettysburg's Copse of Trees; he conducted researches on the Army of Northern Virginia, especially in the Gettysburg campaign, for the last book.
