Career
The first major band Jens played with in his career was Running Wild, which he joined in 1987. He stayed with them for 4 years and wrote/co-wrote a couple songs during his time in the band. X-Wild disbanded in 1997.
In 1997 the power metal band Grave Digger lost their former bassist Tomi Göttlich and so Jens was asked to take his place.
Some other bands that he has been involved in are Kingdom Come and also the melodic heavy metal-project Zillion, releasing a self-titled album in 2004.
