Personal life Elliott’s first business venture J’s Dance Factory was launched in 2007 whilst she was a university student in London, providing performing arts classes at a more affordable price point than traditional stage school offerings. The business started off as lessons from one church hall, and subsequently grew into a franchise format being rolled out across the country.
