Jin Young Jung, Korean environmental engineer, researcher. Achievements include development of high-rate nitrogen removal process by anammox bacteria; development of two-phase anaerobic digester to produce methane from piggery wastes; research in roles of zeolite in the biological nitrogen removal system; research in wastewater treatment technlogy and bioenergy production.
