Graduated from Fukushima Commercial School (1917).
Career
Jiro Sudo entered Fukushima Branch of Nihon Ginko (Bank of Japan) (1917). Became chief of Business Section of Akita Branch (1940) and chief of Aomori Agency of the same bank (1945).
Appointed director (1946), vice-president and then president of Toho Bank and thereafter assumed his present post. Appointed trustee of Zenkoku Chiho Ginko Kyokai (National Local Bankers' Association) (1954).
Held additional posts of chairman of Fukushima Prefectural Bankers' Association and member of Fukushima City Public Safety Commission.
