Zaso appeared as the Jersey Devil in a special promotional video created for the New Jersey Devils hockey team, which played in the Prudential Center before all 2007/2008 games. Zaso, who enjoys cooking, is the star and producer of a cooking webseries called "Cafe Himbo." Guests have included cult film stars Catherine Mary Stewart, Rutanya Alda, Lesleh Donaldson, Geretta-Geretta, Bobby Rhodes, Robyn Sherwood, Desiree Gould, and Karen Fields.

Zaso also appeared in the Martin Scorcese film, "The Wolf of Wall Street" and the Home Box Office Feature film, "The Normal Heart." Zaso also has written five cookbooks: "The Café Himbo Coobook," "Café Himbo: Cookbook II," "Café Himbo"s Just Desserts," "Breakfast in Bed with Café Himbo", and "Café Himbo for the Holidays."
