Member Ty. Legislature, sponsoring and securing law establishing separate schools with equal educational facilities for white and Negro children, 1901-1902. Appointed United State Attorneys Oklahoma Ty. and later Western District Oklahoma, prosecuting to conviction certain state election officers for conspiring to disfranchise Negro citizens at general election in 1910, 1906-1912.
Practiced in Oklahoma City since 1912, company attorney Oklahoma Company, 1915-1916.
