John Hart grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States and cherishes his time with family. Hart’s father was a successful attorney and his mother is a former office manager. His brothers are quite successful, with one brother serving as a partner for a prestigious entertainment agency in Los Angeles and the other serving as a Chief Compliance Officer in New York City.
John Hart lives and works in Philly and believes in giving back to his local community. Hart volunteers his resources and time to multiple organizations and charities in the area. Hart contributes to the Equal Justice Initiative, the American Cancer Society, and Doctors Without Borders. Hart also volunteers regularly with the Boys & Girls Club of America. John Hart is an experienced business and legal professional working and living in the Philly area. Born and raised in Philly, Hart enjoys serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Legal Operations for Elite Solutions Group, LLC. Previously, Hart served as the Senior Vice President of Legal Operations and Compliance for a private law firm on the outskirts of Philadelphia.

Hart holds multiple degrees in various subject areas that lend knowledge to his current work. He graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, summa cum laude. In addition, he completed the strenuous Pre-Med track to supplement his Psychology study. He then attended Villanova University and Villanova Law School where he enrolled in a JD/MBA program.
After his education, Hart held positions in business legal support and document review. He served as a member of the Litigation Support and Document Review team for Today’s Legal and a Due Diligence and Compliance Analyst for Franklin Firm, LLP. Before beginning his tenure at Elite Solutions Group, he served as a Senior Legal Recruiter for Esquire Solutions/Alexander Gallo Holdings, LLC.
Since his undergraduate career at Saint Joseph’s University, John Hart has valued his experiences with Greek Life. At Saint Joseph’s, Hart served as the Vice President of Sigma Phi Epsilon and as members of Alpha Sigma Nu and Alpha Epsilon Delta. At Villanova Law School, Hart served as the Vice Magistrate of Phi Delta Phi.
John Hart has a strong professional background, holding multiple positions in the legal services and business development industries. Following his graduate studies at both Villanova Law School and Business School, Hart served as a Litigation Support Team Lead for Today’s Legal and a Due Diligence and Compliance Analyst at Franklin Firm, LLP.
