Francisco, John Bond was born on December 14, 1863 in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. Son of Andrew Wiggins and Ella (Clark) Francisco.

Education

Educated Ohio State University. Studied painting in Munich and Berlin, and at Julian and Colorossi academics, Paris. Pupil of Fechner, Nauen, Bouguereau, Robert-Fleury and Coutoir.

Studied violin with Wirth, Berlin, Walter, Munich, Leonard, Paris.

Career

Judge Louis Gottschalk, formerly of St. Louis, June 6, 1894. Children—Yvette (deceased), Mistress Nanette Louise McGaffey, Jack Bond. Traveled and sketched in Switzerland, the Tyrol, Germany and France.

Settled at Los Angeles, 1887. Conducted art school until 1901. Painter of figures and landscapes, especially of California mountains and trees.

Member jury Department of Fine Arts, Chicago Exposition.
