Consultant to president and to provost Massachusetts Institute of Technology, 1970-1972. Director Center Policy Alternatives, 1972-1985, 1st Japan Steel Industry professor, 1975-1985. Adjunct Professor Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, 1950-1962.
