Achievements include application of continuous kinetic assay to studying the intrinsic factor X in blood coagulation; identifying the role of surface charge in assembly of coagulation factors in phospholipid; and identifying the role of hydrophobic interactions in the assembly of chain-folding initiation sites using nonradiative energy transfer.
