Postmaster, Rochester, 1865-1869. Grand Master New York Grand Lodge, I. O. O. F., 1875, 77, grand sire of the I. O. O. F. of the World, and life member of South. G. L., 1894-1896.

Grand representative to Sovereign Grand Lodge.
