John West. Beaman began the general practice of law in New Bern, North Carolina in 1937 and continued, without interruption, but for World World War II Army Service, until his death in 1984. In February 1968, the partnership of Beaman & Kellum was formed with the addition of Norman B. Kellum, Junior The firm of Kellum & Jones, P.A. succeeded Beaman, Kellum, Hollows & Jones, P.A. in September 1994 and limits its practice to Personal Injury Cases.
