Career

Came to the United States, 1895, naturalized citizen, 1900. Deacon, 1898, priest, 1900, Protestant Episcopal Church. Missionary in Wyoming, 1898-1903 (built chs. at Douglas and Lusk).

Traveled abroad, 1903-1904, 1906-1907. Archdeacon of Western Michigan, 1905-1906. In charge English Cathedral, Gibraltar, 1907.

Archdeacon of Southern Ohio since 1907. Rector St. Simeons Church, New York City, 1931-1944, rector emeritus. Vice president, New York Morning Telegraph, Russell Securities Corporation.

Chaplain Camp Sherman, Ohio, several months, World War. Four-minute speaker; national speaker Society for Promoting International Goodwill among Nations. In England, 1945-1947.

In charge various parishes, North Wales and England.
