He migrated to the U. S. in 1902 and completed an architectural training in New York. Preparing to start practice tor himself Mr. Lugosch moved to what is now Union City, N. J. where he established an office and continued practice until the early 1940's. Known as the architect of many schools in the state, he also designed a number of public buildings in Union City including the Elks Club which was later remodeled into the Tip-Top Hotel.
In 1921 he was elected a member of the New Jersey Chapter, A. I. A.
