Worked at Wheeler, Kromholz & Manion (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) specializing in All areas of Intellectual Property, including United States and Foreign Patent, Trademark, Copyright and Unfair Competition Law and related Litigation. (1949-1979)
Firm established by Jason Erwin in 1873 to practice patent law. It has continued to concentrate on intellectual property matters here and abroad and all members so concentrate their practice.
Active in all areas of intellectual property, including legal opinions, searches, applications, maintenance, contracts, licensing and litigation to uphold or defeat such rights.
