The origin of the firm dates from the turn of the century. Largely as a result of Bermuda's increasing recognition as an international business centre, the firm has developed substantially over the past 40 years with an international perspective and an ability to meet client needs from offices in Bermuda, the Far East and Europe. It is one of Bermuda's largest firms and has a total complement of over 200 persons, including 40 lawyers, 2 consultants, over 30 corporate administrators and a qualified librarian.
