Kaoru Yunoki graduated from Law Department of Kyoto University (1923). He dispatched to Germany and France to study civil laws (1928).
Career
Kaoru Yunoki appointed professor of Kobe Higher Commercial University (1928). Appointed professor of Kobe Commercial University (1935); professor of Shinkyo (Changchun) Hosei University and Kenkoku Umversity in Manchuria (1940).
After the war, Kaoru Yunoki was repatriated and became professor of Kobe University and dean of the Law department (1953). During the above period, wrote many books and articles including "The Docket of Civil Law," "The Docket of the Laws of Obligations" and "The Docket of the Inheritance Law."
